Is the app available on iPhone?
Android is available now. iOS is built and running on the same codebase but is not yet published to the App Store, so it is coming rather than available today. The web app works on any phone browser in the meantime.
Field & Mobile
Gaffer's field app is not a cut-down companion. It carries over 220 screens covering jobs, quotes, invoices, certificates, health and safety, stock, fleet and reporting — and it is offline-first, so a loft with no reception is a normal working environment rather than a problem.
No credit card required · One platform · Web & Android (iOS coming soon)
Most field apps let you look at jobs. This one runs the business from site.
Work is captured on the device and queued. The queue flushes in strict order when signal returns, so records cannot be applied out of sequence — a deliberate design choice, not a limitation.
Build a quote with AI drafting and photo input, convert it to an invoice, and take a contactless card payment on the phone with Tap to Pay before you leave the drive.
913 trade certificates and forms, completed on site, signed by the customer on screen, and issued as a branded PDF without going back to the office.
Risk assessments, permits, gas readings, plant checks and toolbox talks are completed at the point of work, which is the only time they are worth anything.
46 trade packs render the forms, certificates and workflows that match your trade, rather than a generic form builder you have to configure.
Biometric login, push notifications and device session management, so a phone that lives in a work van is not a security problem.
One login, the same data as the web app, and no separate subscription for mobile.

Yes. Job updates, forms, certificates, photos and signatures are captured on the device and queued. When signal returns the queue flushes in order — deliberately halting on a failure rather than skipping past it, so your data cannot end up in an inconsistent state.
No. It is the same subscription and the same account. There is no per-device or per-engineer app charge on top of your plan.
Only what you allow. Granular role permissions control what each user can see and do, so an engineer can be given their own jobs and forms without access to finance, reporting or customer pricing.
They are stored full-resolution on the device and uploaded in the background once you are back in coverage, attached to the job and the customer record they were taken against.
