Common questions

Is the app available on iPhone?

Android is available now. iOS is built and running on the same codebase but is not yet published to the App Store, so it is coming rather than available today. The web app works on any phone browser in the meantime.

Does it really work with no signal?

Yes. Job updates, forms, certificates, photos and signatures are captured on the device and queued. When signal returns the queue flushes in order — deliberately halting on a failure rather than skipping past it, so your data cannot end up in an inconsistent state.

Does the mobile app cost extra?

No. It is the same subscription and the same account. There is no per-device or per-engineer app charge on top of your plan.

Can my engineers see everything?

Only what you allow. Granular role permissions control what each user can see and do, so an engineer can be given their own jobs and forms without access to finance, reporting or customer pricing.

What happens to photos taken offline?

They are stored full-resolution on the device and uploaded in the background once you are back in coverage, attached to the job and the customer record they were taken against.
