It checks each engineer's live diary, working hours, skills and current location, then weighs travel time and job duration to rank the free slots that cause the least disruption and dead miles. You always see the suggestions and confirm the one you want.
Will it ever double-book an engineer?
No. The scheduler only suggests genuinely free slots, accounting for existing jobs, travel buffers and time off. If nothing fits cleanly it tells you, rather than squeezing a job in.
Does it work in the mobile app and offline?
Yes. You can book suggested slots from the offline-first Android app (iOS coming soon). Changes made with no signal queue locally and sync as soon as you are back online, so the diary stays accurate in the field.
