How does drag-and-drop assignment work?
Every unassigned job sits in a backlog lane. Drag it onto an engineer's column and a time slot and it's booked. Reassigning is the same — drag the card to a different engineer and the schedule, customer record and the engineer's app all update instantly.
Does it stop me double-booking engineers?
Yes. The board shows each engineer's existing jobs, travel time and availability, so clashes are obvious before you drop a card. Drop a job on top of an existing booking and Gaffer flags the conflict rather than silently overlapping it.
Will engineers see their jobs on the mobile app, including offline?
