Daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly and annual schedules, plus custom intervals such as every 8 weeks or the first Monday of each month. You can set an end date, a fixed number of visits, or let the series run indefinitely.
Do recurring jobs show up in the mobile and offline app?
Yes. Each generated visit lands in the engineer's day on the Android app (iOS coming soon). The app is offline-first, so they can complete a recurring visit, capture photos and sign-off with no signal, and it syncs when they are back online.
Can recurring visits be invoiced automatically?
Yes. You can attach a price to the series so each completed visit raises an invoice on its own schedule, or bundle visits into a single monthly invoice. Everything syncs to Xero and QuickBooks with no double entry.
Does this cost extra on top of my plan?
